Chevy completes its Trail Boss lineup

The Silverado 1500 has long featured a Trail Boss model in its light-duty lineup. However, a notable shift occurs as Chevrolet introduces the off-road-oriented treatment to the Silverado HD for the first time. Drawing from the Z71 version, this adaptation incorporates suspension components and distinct black front and rear bumpers. The rugged exterior is further enhanced with exclusive 20-inch wheels and more aggressive tire options.

Although Chevy has shared only a single image of the new Silverado HD Trail Boss, it showcases red tow hooks and bedside decals. Anticipate interior details such as embroidered headrests and distinctive features. The heavy-duty Trail Boss finds its foundation in LT and LTZ models, with an estimated starting price of approximately $51,000 and $60,000 for the 2025 model year, respectively. Factoring in the Trail Boss treatment, an additional cost of $4,000 to $5,000 is expected for each model.
